Site redesign coming up

Yes, it’s getting to be that time of year again… last year around this time I created a new design for this site, and now I’m about tired of it.
The new design will use HTML5 and a little CSS3. I’m not pushing the envelope too much with either of these – they’re not well-implemented in all browsers yet – but with a little help, even Internet Explorer can work surprisingly well.
